Shooting with a Sunpak External Flash for the first time

This past weekend I got a chance to shoot for the Orlando House Party Rocky Horror Disco event. For those who don't know, the Orlando House Party crew is a group of creatives, DJ'S, photographers, videographers, event planners, innovators, and artists that put their strengths and talents together to create events with positive energy for the community of Orlando, Florida. In many of their social media posts, the motto "this is where the magic happens" is constantly present. After experiencing their events as a photographer and spectator, I can say it truly is magical to come across one of their events.

Now back to what I was trying to showcase here. Shooting with an external flash was fun. Shooting at St Mathew's Tavern in Orlando without it would have been a nightmare. After figuring out how to make it work on the TTL function, the rest was history. I was lucky enough to document such an event. The Orlando House Party crew has created a safe space for all types of communities. Nothing like witnessing them create good vibes.
